Parents/Guardians:

On behalf of our teachers and staff and administration, I cordially invite you to join us for Hall Memorial School’s “Curriculum Night”, which will be held on Wednesday, September 26, 2018 from 6:30-8:00 pm. This is an important opportunity to meet your child’s teachers and learn more about the many learning opportunities provided here at HMS. This year, we will be introducing a new format in hopes of giving you each a better picture of your student’s school day. All parents/guardians should meet in their student’s homeroom at 6:30 pm. You can access this information on PowerSchool or by calling the main office if you are unfamiliar with your student’s homeroom. Please enter through either the band lobby or main entrance of the building.

Once you arrive, you will be provided with your child’s schedule and be given a brief introduction. Throughout the evening, you will have the opportunity to follow your child’s daily schedule, learning about our curriculum, meeting teachers and visiting classrooms. We will have signs posted throughout the school to help you find your way around. For those of you who have multiple HMS students, we would encourage you to follow the schedule in the grade-level that you are least familiar with. We will also provide printed materials if you are unable to attend any of the sessions. In order to accommodate all of the families, we ask that only parents and/or guardians attend this special event. We look forward to this interactive format and we encourage any feedback that will help us improve Curriculum Night for the future. We hope to see you all there!
